Shud i say yes to the boy that asked me out?

The last question i asked waz bout the guy dat asked me out im kinda over him but wen im wit him i get relly nervous....he asked me out i mite be to young to date but idk wat i shud do i luv this guy nd i know him alot he mite sometimes call me names but hes still sweet nd funny he sed dat he dnt care if his friends found out we r goin out...i know i shudnt go out wit him cuz i told his secret nd since then hes has been nicer to me which is relly wierd but shud i say yea or naw i waz gonna ask him out but he ask me out rite now!!!! i know i stupid to say yea but plzzz help me.......p.s. i do hav good grammer itz juss dat i wanna rite lyk dis..
