Strangers askin me for money?

They ask me can can they get a dollar or sumthing I live in the dc area it's mostly youngins.I always get the feeling they're tryin to chump me and I say naw.It's like they do it in a bullying way but I don't know how to react to it cause it's in a subtle way and I don't know if they're tryin 2 disrespect me or not.Most of the time I want to fight the guys cause im anti social and hate society and strangers askin me for anything but they didn't straight out disrespect me.Sometimes they'll ask for 50 cent then I know they're testing me who asks for 50 cent.
