I hate real life violence, but i like virtual violence...im 13 and im a gamer so that should help?

i don't know why but i really hate real world violence but don't care about virtual violence...is it because im a kid who loves video games? *not a cod fanboy* Like gears of war is awesome and so it fallout because the gore is cool but that in real life? hell naw, i would throw up and hate it...please help and tell me if its normal
