I am so confused...can somebody help me?

I really like this guy but now i am really about to give up on him. He is confusing me and making me think he doesnt want to talk to me. Last nite we were texting and i asked him why doesnt he text me anymore and he said he doesnt text for real. so, I said well call ??? He said Naw, that would be even worse. Im like wtf ???! The only thing that was left was talking in person. So I said so you wanna talk to me in person? He ignored me or he probably just fell asleep. Either way , He didnt reply. Can someone help me??? I think hes playing hard to get or just playing games in general. Should I give up on him ?
