He told me hes interested but....?

Ive been talking to this guy for a little over a week and he told me hes interested in me.i told him im interested in him too.he texts me everyday and we talk for hours but he doesnt really seem sure about himself.like,we were talking and he asked me about my friends n i said that they were cool n stuff n he goes "well good cuz im probly gonna stay talking with you" and he talks about hanging out with me n i asked him if he really wanted to n he said "i kinda do wanna hang out with you n can we just hang out that one day?" n i replyed "i guess,if you only wanna hang out with me that one day.." n he replyed "naw i kinda would wanna hang out more then that one day im pretty sure" and i just said "look,if you dont wanna hang out with me then just say so lol you can be honest" n then he said "you make it sound like i dont want to" n he asked me if i wanted to hang out with him and i said "i want to if you want to" and he said "well i want to" and i said "well then were hanging out" and he said "lol yea." i just dont get why he says kinda and probly alot.if he wants to,cant he just come out and say that instead of kinda?
