Does this girl like me?

we went out for memorial day with our families and it was drinking involved. we are the opposite race(im black and she is white). She has a boyfriend of 2 years and I have a girlfriend of a 1yr 7 months. For some strange reason her bf always stare at me and i NEVER do anything. There was a part at our family friend house and I arrived like an hour late and they were playing beer pong. As soon as I got there her boyfriend eyes never left me. On top of that the girl asked do i want to play beer pong i was like yeah ill play i got my partner, her reply was hell naw i got you as my partner and he is you. I would go in the house and sit with our parents and she will go inside and call me out for random things. In the pool after her boyfriend left she said openly came out and said she likes light skin guys. she had some alcohol in her so it was probably the truth. It seems like every time we see each other we text the night after. her last reply in text was when you get a chance tomorrow text me. what should i think?
